| | The Solar Dynamics Observatory has been producing science and science data since May 2010. I will describe some highlights of SDO results, including filament eruptions, flares, and comets. The status of the observatory hardware will also be discussed. The future of SDO will be a series of extended missions, each lasting three years. Our second extended mission started October 1, 2017. That gives us another year to study the data before writing another proposal! |
